Shipping 

Currently, I ship worldwide. Please be advised that shipping outside of ireland can take longer than expected due to travelling through customs etc. 

I use An Post for orders and tracking numbers are not standard. If you are local to Mullingar please message me to discuss collection.

If you wish to add tracking please contact me prior to ordering so I can adjust shipping to include the cost of tracking.

Returns

We hope you love your products, but if you are unhappy with your products please contact me within 10 days to discuss returns. 

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returning products is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non refundable, if you are due a refund this will be minus the cost of shipping.

Regretfully, personalised items cannot be returned.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you must notify me within 24hrs. Outside of 24hrs I can not accept a cancellation.
