Current lead time for frames is 14 -21 working days. 

Order process - 

When placing your order please give as much information as possible such as names, dates, birth weight, time of birth, where applicable. 

Please provide preferred background colour, if this colour is not available I will need to contact you. Please provide an up to date email. 

If you need your frame by a certain date please state so in the notes and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Please note, there is no refund on personalised frames, unless damaged.
